Kansas City St. Andrew Society
Preserving and Promoting our Proud Scottish Heritage in Kansas City
The Kansas City St. Andrew Society was formed in 1914 as an immigrant aid society. Today, the Society's objective is to preserve and promote our Scottish heritage. Social activities include: the Robert Burns Dinner, St. Andrew observance, an annual picnic, Heritage Dinners, Pub Nights, and other events throughout the year. We invite everyone of Scottish heritage or interest, 18 or older, to join.
Society members are encouraged to participate in our many special interest groups including: Highland Dancers, Scottish Country Dancers, St. Andrew Pipes and Drums, Scottish Sing-Along, Robert Burns Study Group, Scots Readers, Gaelic Language, and Scottish Study Group.
